Multiple Layers. One Strong Form.

Glulam is formed by bonding layers of dried timber together under pressure. This relieves internal stresses, so the material holds its shape even at sizes where solid timber would warp.

Grading

Laminations are graded by strength and quality.

Bonding

Layers are bonded together under pressure with a high-strength adhesive.

Calibrating

The finished material is planed and calibrated to a precise size.
